To fix this one, the TextView will need an SC.Timer that invalidates the insertion point and toggles a "cursor visible" flag that the redraw code checks.

Please review my patch. It should fix the issue about the cursor not blinking while the editor has focus.

I can't accept this patch, because it creates a new SC.Timer every redraw cycle.
